Tia Lynn Johnson is the Founder and Owner of Blue Byrd Travel Co., President of NAWBO Inland Empire, Co-Founder of Three Little Blue Byrds Boutique—a well-established women-owned boutique and community gathering space in the heart of Downtown San Bernardino—and a business mentor whose leadership is rooted in helping others turn vision into opportunity. With more than 23 years of experience spanning corporate, executive, VIP, government, leisure, and group travel—including work with American Express and Reed & Mackay—she brings the precision of a seasoned travel professional and the perspective of a woman who has built businesses, led teams, and helped other entrepreneurs believe bigger. Travel was one of Tia’s first loves and became one of the ways she supported and carried her family. Returning to the industry as the founder of her own company is more than a professional homecoming; it is a blessing and an opportunity to give back, create pathways for emerging advisors, and help travelers experience the world with confidence and care. She is also a Canada-affiliated travel consultant through See the Room, her own travel business. As Manager and Travel Advisor with Blue Byrd Travel Co., Natasha specializes in destination weddings, wedding travel, events, and corporate travel, creating thoughtful experiences with the confidence of a seasoned professional.

Based in Las Vegas, Naajah is an accomplished business executive, futurist, holistic healer, and systems-change strategist with more than 15 years of leadership in politics, movement organizing, and social impact. Her work has taught her to listen carefully, understand what matters to people, and create experiences that honor the whole person. With Dominican roots and an authentic connection to Caribbean culture and lifestyle, Naajah is especially passionate about helping travelers experience the region beyond the resort—through local flavor, history, spirituality, community, and meaningful cultural connection.
